Aoife’s classes are a deeply nurturing experience – grounding, stabilising, and strengthening while inviting a sense of ease and lightness in both body and mind. Her teaching is rooted in subtle awareness, encouraging students to attune to breath and sensation with presence and curiosity. Each flow is crafted with care: slow, soulful, and sometimes playful, offering space to drop into the moment and reconnect with the body from the inside out. Aoife’s sequences blend strength and softness, structure and spontaneity, inviting each practitioner to find their own rhythm and embodied grace.
