Katie is a passionate and highly skilled yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, known for blending the wisdom of traditional yoga with the insights of modern movement science. Her journey began with foundational training in Rishikesh, India, and has since expanded through certifications in Neuromuscular Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and mindfulness practices. As a trained breathwork facilitator, she weaves conscious breath into her classes to create a fully integrated, holistic experience.

Katie’s teaching combines strength, mobility, vinyasa flow, and breath awareness—empowering students to move with intelligence, curiosity, and care for their bodies. Her approach is both grounded and transformative, encouraging sustainable change, self-awareness, and presence that extends beyond the mat. With her thoughtful sequencing and encouraging style, Katie creates space for deep connection, growth, and embodied resilience.
