Sue is a deeply compassionate and highly experienced teacher, guiding others on their journey toward healing, resilience, and self-discovery for over 20 years. With a rich background as an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist, Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, and Mindfulness Practitioner, Sue brings a rare blend of scientific insight and heart-centred presence to her work. She also holds a PhD in Youth Leadership and additional qualifications in Health Promotion and Psychology.

Her sessions are grounded in safety, trust, and embodiment—offering participants the space to reconnect with their bodies, settle their nervous systems, and rediscover their inner strength. Through breath, movement, and stillness, Sue creates a gentle yet powerful container for personal transformation, meeting each individual with kindness, depth, and integrity.
