Free time – Options to take a trip to Lahinch to the beach, take a tour of the area including the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren or stay and relax and in the wellness area

Wim Hof Method Level 3 Instructor

Michelle Riordan is a Level 3 Wim Hof Method Instructor with years of experience guiding people through breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training. As one of the Academy Lead Instructors worldwide, she not only teaches the method but also trains and mentors new instructors at the Wim Hof Academy. She serves as a panel member for Wim Hof instructors in Europe and is a supervisor on Wim Hof’s winter expeditions. But beyond titles and roles, Michelle is deeply passionate about the practice itself – living it, sharing it, and witnessing its profound impact on others. She believes in making the method accessible to everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners, helping them discover their inner strength and resilience. Whether leading a large retreat, supporting fellow instructors, or taking the plunge into icy waters herself, Michelle brings warmth, experience, and a genuine love for the work she does.
