A complete disconnect from the daily grind and a reconnect with nature, quietness, calmness, the wild Atlantic, beautiful food, and an extremely warm and welcoming environment. As someone who has dipped in and out of yoga over the years, I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone who would like to have the time to really feel how beneficial it can be – or for those more experienced, to hone their own techniques.

This was my first yoga retreat and I loved it. I was traveling with my sister who practices yoga regularly and I am more of a beginner so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The yoga classes were suitable for all levels and the setting is absolutley beautiful. The retreat included a challenging hike on the southern Cliff Walk of the Cliffs of Moher and plenty of down time to enjoy the facilities which included a steam room, a barrel sauna that faced the sea, ice baths and a hot tub.

A wonderful experience! I cannot recommend the yoga and hike retreat enough – a perfect blend of activity and relaxation. The yoga studio is very special with a fantastic view of the coast. Michelle is an amazing host, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food was also delicious!
