We’ll walk local trails, discover lesser-known corners of the coastline and experience
the landscape that makes this part of Ireland so special. For those who wish, there
will also be opportunities for optional sea swimming and cold-water immersion.

16:00 – Check-in and settle with a welcome drink and sweet treat alongside fellow participants
18:00 – Yoga Session
19:30 – Dinner featuring delicious, healthy fare followed by an introduction to the weekend’s schedule and local highlights
07:30 – Yoga
09:00 – Delicious healthy breakfast buffet
10:00 – Hike the Cliffs of Moher trail from Doolin to Surfers path
13:00 – Lunch – lots of yummy healthy food!
Free time – Options to visit Lahinch, go to the beach, go surfing, take a tour of the area or stay and relax in the wellness area
18:00 – Evening Yoga & Sound Bath
19:30 – Dinner – more lovely homemade healthy food, followed by a delicious healthy dessert
Our beautiful glass fronted sauna and Canadian cedar hot tub will be available at all times during your stay
08:00 – Leisurely Breakfast
09:30 – Local loops walk at Clahane shore
11:00 – Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork
